Q: How do I book an appointment slot?
A: Call us on 0330 124 2392 to book in an appointment at the Ann physio clinics.

Q.: Can I visit the clinic?
A: You can visit our clinics if you have completed the telephone, virtual or online COVID 19 related screening questions by our expert physiotherapist. We can arrange a Telehealth consultation online through your phone.

Q: What is Telehealth consultation?
A: Telehealth consultation is a distribution of health-related services and information via electronic information and telecommunication technologies. It allows the patient and clinicians to interact in virtual way, advice, prescribe the exercises and monitor the progress. The musculoskeletal presentations can be assessed and treated through Telehealth.

Q: How do I enrol for a Telehealth consultation?
A: We are conducting Telehealth through a free program called Whereby. You can use this service using your phone. We will walk you through how to set up any of these applications if needed.
Q: How will I get prescribed exercises?
A: We will email the prescribed exercise video as a free of charge resource to you.

Q: Is it safe to visit clinic?
A: It is safe to visit our clinic if you follow the given COVID 19 guidelines. Please do not the visit our clinic if you feel unwell and if you have received COVID 19 shielding letter from your GP.
